We use your information to:

• Provide AI-powered calorie analysis
• Save your food entries and goals
• Process subscription payments
• Improve app performance and features

Data Storage

• Your food entries are stored locally on your device using SwiftData
• Optional cloud sync (if enabled) uses iCloud (Apple's servers)
• We do not access or store your food data on our servers

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: Subscription management (they collect purchase data)
• Google Gemini AI: Food analysis (food text and photos are sent temporarily for analysis, not stored)
• Apple App Store: Payment processing

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data (it's on your device)
• Delete your data (delete the app)
• Opt out of analytics (iOS Settings → Privacy)

Children's Privacy

CalNote is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
